Margo总局 is currently a distinguished fellow with 617888九五至尊娱乐 Works Foundation, and a member of the board of the International Council on Clean 运输 (ICCT). She is a member of the NAS Advisory Committee for the US Global 617888九五至尊娱乐变化 Research Program and Volkswagen’s International Sustainability Council. After 32 years with the Environmental Protection Agency, she retired as the Director of the Office of 运输 and Air Quality. She led President Obama's first climate action to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions of light duty vehicles by 50 percent in 2025. She received presidential awards from Presidents Clinton and Bush, and the Haagen-Smit Clean Air Award from California. She has an MS in engineering from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and attended George Washington and Harvard universities.
